This blog is intended to facilitate dialog on matters that divide the church. As Christians we come from different backgrounds, economic circumstances, and vote differently. Dialog is the connective fiber that tears down walls and builds authentic relationship. "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand." Matthew 12:25

American culture has grown increasing casual over the last several decades. But it is important to point out, that there are still places and events where people almost unanimously, dress up. So the issue is not that people refuse to ever dress up, the question is, why is church no longer on the list of places or events for which people dress up?
