Senior Pastor Search Update

The Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) remains optimistic and deeply encouraged by the progress of our Senior Pastor search. While a final candidate has not yet been selected, our conversations with several high-quality pastors have reinforced our confidence in finding the right leader.

The search process has been updated and refined, including a refreshed Church Information Form and a re-posted position on the ECO job board to attract qualified candidates. Because the ideal leader is likely deeply rooted in a current successful ministry, the PNC is committed to allowing the necessary time for a healthy transition rather than rushing to fill the position. The committee continues to work together in unity, using our collective experience to sharpen our focus.
